Hope you"re all doing well. We also wanted to let you know some very important health info!

Guys who have sex with guys in Maine are at higher risk for getting Hepatitis B and Syphilis according to recent info. If you hook up online or cruise you may even be at greater risk.

Low-cost or free Hepatitis A and B vaccines are available at:
*Bangor STD Clinic/Immunization Program " 947-0700
*Portland HIV/STD Clinic " 874-8446

If you are HIV positive AND you are a member of the ADAP, the ADAP will pay for you to get the Hepatitis A and B vaccines.
The ADAP might also be able to help with Syphilis treatment.
